Dashing through the snow
In a one horse open sleigh
O'er the fields we go
Laughing all the way.
Bells on bobtail ring,
Making spirits bright,
What fun it is to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight!

Started out with ten
Eight of us went on
Four of us went on,

Till one fell in a snowy bank
And there were only four.
a holly jolly crew
Until the wind went huff and puff

The two of us went on
As happy as could be
I looked around and you were gone....
And there was only me!
