I love to dance !!
It's easy to do the macarena.
Just follow me; do what
I say.
For starters, lets do the eight step version.
1. Put your right hand out in front of you, palm down
2. Next, put your left hand straight hand, palm down
3. Now right hand up to the right side of your head
4. Left hand up to the left side of your head
5. Right hand on the left side of your hip
6. Left hand on the right side of your hip
7. Make a stirring motion
8. Take a quarter-turn to the right and start again!
Okay, let's see you dance the macarena!
NO! Not both hands down !!
Right hand out in front
of you,
left hand out in front
of you
with palms down........
You have to know "right" from "left" when you do this dance.
Don't move your feet !
Just put your right hand
to the right side of your head.
And your left hand to the left side of your head.
Okay, this part's easy...
Right hand on the left side
of your hip.
Left hand on the right
side of your hip.
That doesn't look right!
Swivel your hips around in a circular motion.
Looking good !!
Take a quarter-turn to the right and start again !
Let's do it again - show me what you've learned !
Stop waving your hands all over the place!
Oh, dear this is hopeless!
I think the monkeys will have to forget
about learning the macarena !!
