The prairie dogs know the secret to living a long and happy life -

getting lots of rest
eating the proper foods
getting plenty of exercise.

LET'S GET PHYSICAL
with the Prairie Dogs


First, we suggest you do some warm-up stretches
to help prevent soreness and to increase flexibility.
Then you can begin the exercise routine.

Do some warm-ups first.

Let's begin by running on the spot.

Bounce up and down, landing on the balls of your feet.

YIPPEE!! This is fun ! See how high we can go!

Now lets bob up and down, up and down

Bend way down to touch your toes,
then stretch way up high !"



To strengthen those arm muscles,
get down on all fours and D-I-G !

Stretch! Get up on your toes
and stretch ... stretch ... way up!


Now, we are going to do some trunk twists.

This is even more fun to music!

Let's jog for 5 minutes.


After alot of physical activity,
cool down then take a shower .
